EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Behavioral Counseling, working with children and families to stabilize and adapt behaviors, cultural, language, generation and socio-cultural differences. Bilingual (Spanish-English) Behavior Counselor with experience in elementary, secondary and college level clients. Assists clients with Behavior Disorders adapt to living within the requirements and boundaries of modern society. Educated in Spain, Cuba and the USA, brings strong multi-cultural and language ties to all levels. Has mentored clients and worked with students.
Serves as Spanish Community interface, with strong immigrant community ties in the school, translating at meetings, events and conferences. Has taught elementary, secondary and college level classes. Mr. Vega is currently working at a special needs programs school.
Authored a reference book on Educational Websites fully indexed by major category. Created an online education website with categories for K-12 topics for students, parents, administrators and teachers. Tutored private clients in Spanish Language Instruction, Culture and Usage. Developed and conducted training courses for in-company users to transfer operations and systems knowledge for communicating project oriented business practices.
Also has an extensive business and operations background, guiding project meetings to inform, communicate and raise awareness of practices, technology, organization and other issues affecting goals and objectives.
Created course materials, including foils, guides, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS-Project Templates for implementation of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Project Management Methods & Practices.
